Software solutions in practice
Over the years of our existence, we have created a number of unique systems for our customers.
In the public administration sector, the demand for so called Vertical solutions, oriented to a variety of agendas, very high. Our company has become one of the key partners to public administration and can present you exceptional solutions.
- Industrial property office – Complex system (SyPP – Industrial Property Systems), which secures the entire evidence and agenda of industrial laws linked with it (Trade marks, Patents and Inventions, Industrial and Utility Models …). The system includes all administration (applications, objections, refusals …) of industrial laws and the system also secures the electronic information exchange about industrial laws with European and world patent offices. Additionally, the system also offers a portal solution allowing for effective communication with the public and electronic submission of applications for industrial laws. The system is based on the concept of electronic files and uses time stamps and electronic signatures.
- Rap sheet – ISRT system operates the entire agenda linked with the evidence of convictions, which is in the competence of Rap sheet. This system allows for an electronic receipt of information about convictions, requests for extracts from this rap sheet and their automatic dispatch, incl. electronic send-off. The system is connected to the main bodies of public administration (Police of the Czech Republic, courts, TradesLicensingOffice…), which have the right to request information from this evidence, and deals with them in real time. The system also provides a secure exchange of electronic statements and information about conviction within the EU countries.
- CzechPOINT– this system, ensuring centralized solution for unified servicing of registries through a form and operating as a communication interference, was created in a record-breaking time (thanks to the use of current products). The form receives and sends requests from the CzechPOINT headquarters, also translating and unifying the inputs and outputs from Information systems of public administration. The solution also contains unified interference connected to filing service.
- Czech telecommunications office – this unique integrated solution of automatically monitored radio spectrum (ASMKS) was implemented in the whole of the Czech republic. Monitoring of radio spectrum is the key attribute of the administration of radio spectrum according to the ITU regulations. ASMKS system combined the most advanced monitoring and measuring technologies with sophisticated planning, evidence and evaluation software, which ensures the automation of complex administrative and business processes in real time. The new complex system was created as a heavily integrated project including a complex project administration, process re-engineering, research, development and installation of monitoring cars, mobile monitoring stations, stable monitoring stations, complex implementation of IT infrastructure and the development of application software.
Business Solutions is equally important for the corporate sector. One of the most recent projects is for example the unique solution for Globus chain.
- Globus Czech Republic – the solution stems from the current needs of corporate sphere to make the business communication in purchasing/sales/distribution of consumer goods most effective and less costly. The complex B2B solution offers in-house and interfirm business documentation exchange (invoices, purchase orders, storage information, etc.) and everything linked with it. Communication builds of the EDI standard but allows also for the use of free channels. It supports the smallest business partner through the use of self-service portal. All communication is automatically managed by configured processes, which support monitoring (e.g. purchase order confirmation) and alerting (notification about late delivery of goods, etc.)
