Managed LAN and WAN
Managed LAN services are complex outsourcing services consisting of monitoring, supervision, administration, management, planning and maintenance of all activities related to infrastructure and a component of local computer networks (hub, router, network servers, etc.). The service gives the customer the opportunity to use needed materials and human resources, both shared or dedicated, based on the duty, in order to increase the accessibility of network services and so the productivity of the activities.
Managed WAN services are also complex outsourcing services consisting of monitoring, supervision, administration, management, planning and maintenance of all activities related to infrastructure and a component of broad communication networks. Managed WAN is a solution specifically designed for the needs of customers with an extensive number of requests coming from managers and users of communication (data) services or with many system leading or application elements. The service gives the customer the opportunity to use needed materials and human resources, both shared or dedicated, based on the duty, in order to increase the accessibility of network services and so the productivity of the activities.
