With both the basic and extensive Complete office service you gain service support with a guaranteed time for device exchange and restoration of the functioning of the solution. This is a maximum of 24 hours and can be only 2 hours in Prague following the reported failure. Additionally, we also offer you devices (router, switch, private branch exchange PBX a IP telephony) and their regular exchange as well as the possibility of having a wireless LAN connection.
