O2 Smart Data Box

Telefónica Business Solutions introduces you a new series of value-added services for data boxes, called O2 Smart Data Box (all other references within this document are in Czech only). This product is aimed at all commercial businesses and public administration institutions, independent of their size and volume of communication carried out through the data boxes.  

We have prepared the following for both corporate as well as public administration customers:

  • Typed solutions are based on quick implementation of prepared application with pre-defined functionality,
  • Project based solutions are based on individualized solutions according to your needs, additionally individually created tailor-made solutions are also available.

The key concept here is that we are offering more than the basic system operated by the Ministry of interior:

  • Extensive functionalities when dealing with the document:
    • The solution supports the entire document cycle: receipt, execution, send-off, archiving and shredding.,
    • The solution is aimed not only at communication with the data box, but supports other types of communication (paper documents, mails, etc.),
  • The possibility of extending through trusted archive (all other references within this document are in Czech only):
    • In such a case, the solution contains and supports certified archiving processes,
    • Solution also proves the origin of the document,  
  • The possibility to operate this service on Telefónica Business Solutions HW:
    • No need to make server and data storage purchase, nor to maintain and manage their maintenance, back-up and recovery.

O2 Smart Data Box (all further refrences are in Czech only) are solution that provide a full administration of data boxes, with the option of connection to the trusted archive. This solution serves as a means of easy and effective mutual communication of the organization and the data box.

The solution allows for a manual or automatic set-up of documents selection, their distribution to relevant departments or end-users, including their notification, periodic monitoring of data boxes and automated download of new data messages.

Additionally, this service also includes audit and monitoring of the flow of data messages, completion and send out of new data messages, as well as answers to received messages, shows the queue of data messages for a specific unit or user.
