Managing IT for the customer

The comprehensive administration of customer IT infrastructure in the customer's own premises (On Site IT Administration), which includes all the essential activities for its fault-free operation. It includes administrative activities of qualified personnel both directly at the site of the installation of ICT infrastructure and any remote administration.

Service of full on site IT infrastructure administration.

Content of service:

  • provision of qualified personnel, administration of customer systems remotely and directly on site,
  • the service is provided for the contracted period (Service Times),
  • checking of adherence to conditions of service via SLA.

Detailed service description:

  • design of architecture, implementation, administration and ensuring of support,
  • ensuring monitoring and maintenance 24 x 7 x 365,
  • performance analysis, reporting,
  • installation of new versions of software, update of infrastructure components (for example, new releases),
  • process and documentation ensuring pursuant to ITIL: configuration database, incident management, problem management, change and capacity management,
  • adherence to security standards,
  • maintenance of know-how and analysis of trend developments in the area.

  • checking of agreed conditions via SLA parameters (in case of exceeding of values, the contractor loses servicing credits),
  • gaining of services of high-quality personnel whose full-time or part-time employment would not be economically advantageous for the organisation,
