Consultation services
Services provided by our consultants and project managers are based on internationally valid standards, approaches and norms, in particular ITIL, CobiT and IPMA. Depending on the character of the project, they cover the whole range from analysis of current state, proposal for implementation and project planning all the way up to management and consultations concerning project support. As part of consultation activities, we provide our clients with these services:
- ICT optimisation,
- consultations in the area of IS/IT security,
- consultations in the field of process management.
Training
Specialised courses constitute an integral part of the comprehensive services of our company. In the context of teaching activity we hold training as standard in the area of ITIL/ITSM. On the basis of client requirements we are capable of offering training in the areas of IS/IT security and Process Management.
Audits
Services in the area of audit are provided by our consultants according to concrete needs of the customer, and they are based on the data and methodologies for the evaluation of compliance of pre-defined rules with the true state. A list of weak points in the evaluated area and proposal for their optimum resolution constitutes another output of the audit. In the context of audit activities we offer our clients these services (Audit ITSM/ITIL, Audit in field of information security, Certification – We are not a certification authority for any of the areas of ITSM. But we are capable of preparing you effectively for the gaining of certification according to the relevant standards in these areas: ITIL/ITSM, IS/IT security).
