Managed PBX
Using he Managed PBX service, you can include all voice communication, from voice lines to telephone switchboard, into one contract. This contract can, depending on your requirements, include voice lines operated by Telefónica O2 (compulsory), complex service contract (SLA) for voice line and telephone switchboard, remote monitoring and configuration of telephone switchboard and its physical maintenance
IP Centrex
Fully outsourced voice system upgrade for data and internet services. This system upgrade offers apart from basic voice functions also the function of hosted affiliated switchboard and allows for further expansion of functionality, each customer has his own account, own phone number and phone.
VoIP, operated on MPLS lines (with OoS) and ADSL, IP telephones (rented or bought, if customer does not own phone suitable for connection to IP centrex platform – only valid for CA).
