O2 Managed PBX secures a complex service of all services from one supplier (END2END SLA). Proactive monitoring immediately identifies the cause of possible failure and informs the service center. We provide you with service support 24 hours a day. Every month, you receive a statement with the current stare, possible failures and repairs. We provide all our service based on one contract with unified guarantee. Due to the complex administration and system maintenance we provide, you can better optimize your costs of human resources:

  • low overall ownership and running costs (TCO),
  • billing for system administration and voice services on one invoice,
  • uniform telephone number for problem solving,
  • complete system administration and maintenance.

Important prerequisites

Service can currently be used on by selected PBX  types; we continuously expand the portfolio of switchboards:

  • PBX Ateus Omega (enhanced by VOIP modul),
  • PBX Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprice,
  • Atlantis NeXspan,
  • Ateus Netstar.

Service cannot be combined with Shared payments service.

Conditions of service offering

We offer the Managed PBX service only on PBX, where there is a connecting place in the property of TO2 Czech Republic, a.s.
