Consultation and education constitute an essential part of each project, and this is all the more valid for ICT projects, where many employees are involved in the project itself and most of them use the resultant product or solution. To a significant extent consultation assists in the mutual understanding between the supplier and the customer both at the start and in the course of the entire project. Education ensures that users of the ICT solution are sufficiently knowledgeable and educated and will therefore use the implemented services as best and as effectively as possible.
