Telefónica O2 Business Solutions provides full operation and administration of remote (WAN) networks. The service includes maintenance, proactive supervision of network operation and user support (including consultation) independent of the used technology.
In the same way as the case of the administration of local networks the operation of the WAN network is dealt with by a service level agreement (SLA)which contractually guarantees the agreed service parameters between the supplier and customer.
